Ron Shurts, Owner
Ron Shurts became the majority owner and CEO of the Arizona Rattlers in 2011. Under his leadership, the Rattlers have achieved significant success, winning ArenaBowl Championships in 2012, 2013, and 2014. They also secured the 2017 United Bowl title in their debut season in the Indoor Football League (IFL) and made another appearance in the United Bowl Championship in 2019. Most recently, the Rattlers clinched the 2024 Indoor Football League National Championship.
He has been a season ticketholder since the team’s first snap in 1992.
A prominent Valley entrepreneur, Ron has more than 30 years of experience in financial services, sales, and management, and has trained thousands of financial professionals.Â
Ron is co-founder and CEO of Scottsdale-based Annexus, Managing Partner of Dallas-based Integrity Marketing Group, Co-Founder and CEO of Scottsdale-based Quantum Group, and is actively involved with the Phoenix Suns Charities, Phoenix Children’s Hospital, the Patrick Peterson Foundation for Success and the Arians Family Foundation.
Ron is a Nebraska native, an avid golfer, and a Nebraska Cornhuskers fan. Â
He and his wife, Mia, enjoy spending time with their two sons, AJ, and Jaxon.Â
