Mobile Ticketing Guide

ACCESS TICKETS ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE
 

Step 1: Click HERE or go to am.ticketmaster.com/rattlers to manage your tickets, keep in mind your mobile phone is your ticket. Please note: You must use this link or access point to access your Arizona Rattlers tickets. Tickets are NOT accessible directly through the Ticketmaster app or website.

STEP 2
Select the button PROFILE ICON at the top-right corner of the page to sign in.

You must log in using the email address associated with tickets you purchased.

SCENARIO 1: If you do not have a Ticketmaster account associated with the email used to purchase your tickets, you must select SIGN UP where you'll then be directed to CREATE AN ACCOUNT

SCENARIO 2: If this is your first time logging in to your RATTLERS account AND you already have an existing Ticketmaster account, use that same email and password to do so accordingly.

STEP 4
After logging in, scroll down and select MANAGE EVENTS or MY EVENTS on the top left dashboard to view your available games. To view your ticket options simply click on the game which you want to manage.

Step 5: Once you choose which game you'd like to manage, select each individual ticket under MY SAFETIX and add the tickets to your digital wallet.

Transferring Tickets

STEP 1: Choose the event that you'd like to transfer tickets for, click MORE followed by selecting TRANSFER.

 STEP 2: Select the tickets that you'd like to transfer.

STEP 3: Fill out the required field to transfer your tickets via email or text.

*PLEASE NOTE THAT NOT ALL TICKETS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR TRANSFER. IF THEY ARE NOT, THE TRANSFER OPTION WILL NOT BE SHOWN.

RECEIVE TICKET TRANSFERS

STEP 1
Within Transfer Email or Text, Click Accept Tickets.

STEP 2
Login to your Ticketmaster account and ACCEPT TICKETS.

STEP 3
Manage Tickets your ACCOUNT MANAGER.

SELL YOUR TICKETS

STEP 1
After choosing your event, hit the SELL Button, then select the tickets you wish to sell.

STEP 2
Set the PRICE per Ticket, followed by selecting your LISTING CUTOFF.

STEP 3

Choose your PAYOUT METHOD, followed by entering your banking information.

STEP 4
Click LIST TICKETS to post for resale.

*PLEASE NOTE THAT NOT ALL TICKETS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RESALE. IF THEY ARE NOT, THE RESALE OPTION WILL NOT BE SHOWN.

EXCHANGE YOUR TICKETS
Members can exchange tickets to games you are unable to attend (CANNOT exchange games that have been played) in available seats valued at the same price.  You are welcome to upgrade to a more expensive seat and will only be charged the difference in ticket prices.

STEP 1
Choose the event that you'd like to exchange tickets for and then hit MORE, followed by selecting EXCHANGE.

STEP 2
Select the tickets that you'd like to exchange out of and click CONTINUE.

STEP 3
Select the event/game that you'd like to exchange into.

STEP 4
Click on a section to see what seats are available and select any open blue seats for the same quantity you are exchanging for. Note: If you are a new season ticket holder, select SEASON NEW ticket type. If you are a returning season ticket holder, select SEASON RENEWAL ticket type. Then add seats to CART. 

STEP 5
Click the CART icon in the top right corner to checkout.  Once you are done confirming the details of your exchange, click SUBMIT.
As long as you select the equal price and quantity of the tickets that you are exchanging out of, the total amount due will be $0.  
If there is an amount due It means that you have selected a more expensive price level/additional quantity.

Note: Complimentary tickets are unable to be exchanged due to not having a dollar value and would result in a balance due.
