
Kevin Guy - PresidentÂ
As President of the Arizona Rattlers, Kevin Guy is responsible for leading the organization's business divisions, including operations, finance, sales, marketing, and football operations. In 2021, he was honored with the Executive of the Year award for his exemplary leadership.
During his tenure, Guy established a new home at the Desert Diamond Arena and has been instrumental in the growth of the Indoor Football League, where he serves on the league's Executive Committee.
Additionally, he is a partner in the Birmingham Bulls Hockey ownership group and provides support to his wife, who owns the Tucson Sugar Skulls.

Jeff Jarnigan - General Manager
In his current capacity, Jarnigan supervises all facets of the organization's football operations and oversees various business departments and human resources.Â
Jarnigan joins the Rattlers after serving a variety of senior leadership roles with the San Jose Sabercats and possessing 21 years of sales experience. Before being named general manager, Jarnigan spent four seasons with the Rattlers as the assistant general manager from 2016 to 2019.

David Koonce - Digital Media Manager
Koonce oversees and maintains brand consistency across all digital media channels, ensuring alignment with the organization's identity in all visual and marketing materials. Koonce joined the Rattlers in 2021 and has spent close to a decade working in professional hockey in marketing and digital media.Â
He established his career in marketing as a Senior Partner of a marketing firm in Birmingham, Alabama. Before being named Executive Vice President of the Birmingham Bulls of the SPHL.

Jay Gonzales - Director of Media
Jay Gonzales has been a member of the sports media for 40 years as a sportswriter, working in media relations and as a broadcaster.
He was the media relations director for the Tucson Sugar Skulls in the team’s inaugural season in 2019 and was briefly the team president before the 2020 IFL season was cancelled. He returned to the Sugar Skulls as a color analyst for the YouTube live streams of home games in the 2021 and 2022 seasons.
A native of Tucson, Jay was a sportswriter for the Arizona Daily Star and has worked in a number of capacities in sports. He’s been an official statistician for Arizona Wildcats basketball for 34 years. He’s also been part of the media operations for 17 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournaments, including two Final Fours, and was on the media staff for 11 Pac-12 Basketball Tournaments before the league folded. He also coached high school baseball and softball at The Gregory School in Tucson.
From 2020-2024, he was a full-time co-host of a local sports talk radio show in Tucson, Eye on the Ball on Fox Sports 1450, and currently co-hosts once a week with partner Steve Rivera.
He is married to Gabrielle Fimbres and has three grown children, Adam, married to Abriana Romeo, Alana and Rachel. He has one grandson, Jett Julian Gonzales.

Mitch Little - PR/Media Coordinator
Mitch Little joins the Arizona Rattlers as the new PR/Media Coordinator, bringing a well-rounded background in sports analysis, media production, and team operations. His experience includes content creation, social media management, film evaluation, and hands-on work in scouting and coaching environments.
A graduate of James Madison University, Mitch earned a Bachelor of Science in Individualized Studies with a focus on Sports Analysis and minors in Sports Communication and Coaching (Football). During his time at JMU, he gained practical experience in sports media and football recruiting. His previous roles include serving as a Media Intern for the Indoor Football League, operations intern with the Charlotte Knights, and time spent as the Varsity Defensive Backs Coach at Ridgevue High School in Idaho.

Yasmine Lopez - Content and Activation CoordinatorÂ
Yasmine Lopez is responsible for developing and managing content strategies, as well as overseeing activation initiatives aimed at engaging fans and maximizing brand exposure.Â
Lopez is a first-generation Mexican-American born and raised in Tucson. She discovered her passion for live television while at Northern Arizona University. She joined KOLD 13 News/CBS as a part-time editor in 2014, then moved to FOX 10 in Phoenix before returning to Tucson in 2018.Â
In addition to her role previous role as a morning editor, she has taken on the positions of morning reporter and host of "Taste This Tucson," and in-arena host for the Tucson Roadrunners hockey team.

Nate Reilly - Senior Vice President of Ticket SalesÂ
Reilly, with over 18 years of experience in professional sports, oversees the ticket operations team as they continue to enhance the 9th Man season ticket holders as well as the group outing experiences for the Rattlers. Â
Reilly has managed ticket sales and service teams with the Arizona Coyotes, Arizona State University-Sun Devil Athletics, Triple-A Baseball, AHL Hockey, and other minor league teams.Â
A native Texan, he graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor's in Advertising and bleeds burnt orange. He lives in Surprise with his wife of 17 years, 12-year-old daughter, and a few pets. He also has 2 adult kids who live in Arizona and another who joins him as a UT Alumnus in May 2024.

Tyler Colton - Account Executive
Colton's primary responsibility revolves around managing season ticket sales and coordinating group outings to ensure an optimal experience for every fan.Â
He has amassed a solid track record in sales since 2018 and is an alumnus of Arizona State University, holding a Bachelor's degree in Sports Business, complemented by an Associate Degree in Communications from Saddleback Community College.Â
Notably, Tyler brings with him previous experience garnered from working with the Phoenix Rising soccer team.

Noah Griffith - Account ExecutiveÂ
As a member of the Rattlers, Griffith is responsible for creating and developing new business via ticket sales and retaining current season ticket holders. Griffith has 3 years of sports sales experience where he started at ASU on their ticketing team in 2022. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports studies from Ottawa University where he was a member of the men's tennis team for all four years. Â
Griffith is a passionate Chicago sports fan, having been born and raised in Illinois. As a father and husband, he is dedicated to creating enjoyable and memorable sports experiences for his family and fans.

Adam Walock - Inside Sales RepresentativeÂ
Walock is responsible for creating and developing new business via ticket sales and retaining current season ticket holders.
Walock joins the team with a previous history in sales and a passion for the sports industry. He graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Marketing as well as a Business of Sports & Entertainment certificate.Â
Adam has been an avid sports fan his entire life and continues to express his love for sports by striving to create memorable and exciting experiences for others.
