Arizona Rattlers

Woods enters his rookie season with the Arizona Rattlers and in the IFL in 2022. 

Woods played college football at San Diego State, where in 37 career games he recorded 73 tackles – 49 of them solo – seven pass deflections, three sacks, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery. Woods played safety and cornerback during his time with the Aztecs.

An Arizona native, Woods attended Chandler High School in Chandler, Arizona, where he played for current Arizona State running backs coach Shaun Aguano. Woods was a two-year letter winner with the Wolves and earned all-state, all-section and all-district honors during his time there. 

Woods was ranked as the 13th-best prospect in the state of Arizona by ESPN in the Class of 2016, while also competing in track in the 110 and 300-meter hurdles.
