Kristopher Stroughter joined the Arizona Rattlers for the 2025 season, marking his first year with the team and his second overall season in the IFL.Â
Before this, he played for the Iowa Barnstormers during the 2024 season, appearing in nine games. He recorded one solo tackle, one assist, and a total of 1.5 tackles.
Stroughter began his collegiate career at Diablo Valley College, where he earned All-Bay 6 Conference honors as a defensive lineman. He then transferred to Fort Hays State University, switching to the offensive line. During his junior season, he received All-MIAA Third Team honors after starting eight games. His performance helped the Tigers lead the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association (MIAA) in total offense, averaging 460.3 yards per game, which ranked tenth in NCAA Division II football. As a senior, he maintained his strong performance, making eight starts and contributing to the team's total offensive yardage of 3,969.
A California native, Stroughter attended Greenwood Academy and hails from Richmond, CA.
