Arizona Rattlers

Jaylon Bass joins the Arizona Rattlers for his first season in the IFL in 2025.

In 2023, Bass started as a defensive tackle for all 12 games at the University of Buffalo. In his senior year, he had 14 tackles, an interception, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery on the season. In 2022, Bass started all 13 games at the University of Buffalo, where he had 21 tackles.

Bass previously played for Hutchinson Community College, where he contributed to back-to-back KJCCC championships as well as a victory in the 2021 Salt City Bowl. During his two seasons with the Blue Dragons, he had 72 tackles and 3.5 sacks.

Originally from Ashland, Alabama, he graduated from Clay Central High School, where he was a first-team All-state selection and helped lead the Volunteers to a state championship.
