Arizona Rattlers

Chris Terrell enters his first season with the Arizona Rattlers and in the IFL in 2022.

Terrell attended West Alabama from 2019-2021, where in his senior season he recorded 49 tackles – 41 of them solo – seven sacks, one forced fumble and a blocked kick. He was named to the 2021 D2football.com Elite 100, received AFCA Division II Coaches All-American First Team Defense, named to the All-Super Region Two Second Team and was named as a Cliff Harris Award Finalist last Fall.

Prior to his time with the Tigers, Terrell played for Central Arkansas, where in 36 career games he recorded 130 tackles – 76 of them solo – 21 sacks, 46.5 tackles-for-loss and seven forced fumbles. In 2017, he was named All-Southland Conference First Team.

A native of Pensacola, Florida, Terrell attended J.M. Tate High School where in 2014 he was named the Defensive Player of the Year by the Pensacola News Journal. He was also selected as a Second Team All-State defensive lineman that year, while earning First Team All-Area in 2013 and 2014.
