Biography

Carl “CJ” Odom joins the IFL in 2024 for his rookie season with the Arizona Rattlers.

During his tenure at Angelo State, Odom was recognized as the 2021 All-LSC Second-Team Offense. Throughout 12 games, he showcased his skills by rushing 144 times, accumulating 735 yards, and scoring four touchdowns. However, for his final year, Odom decided to transfer to Texas A&M Kingsville, where he continued to excel as a running back, amassing over 350 rushing yards. 

Hailing from Compton, California, he attended West Jordon High School, where he received numerous accolades, including being named 1st Team All-State and All-Region as a senior. Notably, he also earned All-Region honors during his junior year. Impressively, Odom accounted for nine touchdowns during his senior season.
