GAME PREVIEW: Rattlers are looking to shake off their three-game losing streak.

GLENDALE - On Saturday, April 20th, the Arizona Rattlers travel to Des Moines, Iowa, as they face off against the Iowa Barnstormers at Wells Fargo Arena at 5:05 PM MST. The Rattlers are looking to shake off their three-game losing streak in the Hawkeye State and get the season back on track.

After three consecutive losses, Head Coach Kevin Guy knows the team can turn this around, as it's early in the season. If Iron sharpens Iron, then the adversity has sharpened the Rattlers in what should be an anticipated bounce-back game for the Arizona Rattlers.

The Injury Bug

The Arizona Rattlers are currently facing a string of injuries that have caused them to reshuffle their roster. They have lost key playmakers such as Isaiah Huston and Dillon Winfrey, who have been instrumental to the offense and defense respectively. Despite this adversity, the team has faced it head-on and found ways to win. They have had to rely on backup players to step up in key moments, such as when quarterback Garrett Kettle stepped in as a wide receiver and even scored a touchdown in their recent game against the San Diego Strike Force. The Rattlers have a winning tradition that they have maintained for the past 32 years, and they are doing everything in their power to continue that tradition.

What to Lookout For

In a disappointing loss in Week 5, the Rattlers are primed for a bounce-back game and will look to show off their potential against the struggling Barnstormers, who've yet to record their first win. Glenn Gibbons Jr. will look to keep adding to his touchdown count to the season and keep hot for the Rattlers. After coming off another impressive performance against the Strike Force with 94 receiving yards and three touchdowns, showcasing his playmaking and elusive ability to create separation.
