Glendale, AZ—The Rattlers welcome back returner, Kevin Simes and two new signings for the 2025 Indoor Football League season: offensive lineman Andrew Theobald, and wide receiver Darren Wilson. These players bring a wealth of experience from collegiate and junior college football and are poised to add depth and impact to the Rattlers' roster.

Kevin Simes returns to the Rattlers for his second IFL season. In 2024, he played 14 games and recorded 14 solo tackles, nine assists, and 2.5 sacks. A Southeastern Oklahoma State standout, Simes was a force on defense, finishing his collegiate career with honors as a second-team All-GAC selection.

Andrew Theobald joins the Rattlers for his first IFL season after a successful college career with Northwest Missouri State. Theobald anchored the offensive line, making eight starts at left tackle in 2023. Before joining the Bearcats, he played at Tusculum University and Garden City Junior College, where his teams compiled an 18-4 record and reached the NJCAA national championship. 

Darren Wilson enters his second IFL season after a strong rookie year with the Iowa Barnstormers, where he made 21 catches for 249 yards and two touchdowns. An Iowa State alum, Wilson was recognized for his academic and athletic performance, earning Second Team Academic All-Big 12 honors in 2021. Wilson initially showcased his talent at Butler Community College, tallying 390 yards and three touchdowns, contributing to an 8-4 record.
