Throughout his tenure in league leadership, Guy has been instrumental in recruiting new ownership groups and expanding the league’s footprint, including the launch of the Tucson franchise and assisting in developing several Western Conference teams.
One of Guy’s most impactful initiatives was overseeing the organization’s move from Phoenix to Glendale, establishing the team’s new home at Desert Diamond Arena. The transition has proven to be a major success, with season ticket sales increasing by 40% since the move.
