ARENA FOOTBALL EXPERIENCE
Trentadue is entering his eighth season in Arena Football, his seventh in the AFL and his sixth with the Rattlers. Played sparingly for the Georgia Force in 2008 after joining the team in mid-season. In 2007 with the Rattlers, Trentadue started all five games in which he played, recording 11.5 tackles, one pass break-up, one quarterback hurry, and a fumble recovery as a linebacker. In 2006, he started three of the six games in which he participated, rushing five times for four yards and a touchdown as a fullback. As a linebacker, Trentadue added 1.5 tackles, half a sack, and two quarterback hurries. He started twice in seven games in 2005, rushing six times for 29 yards. He added 4.5 tackles, half a sack, and a quarterback hurry. He started seven of eight contests in 2004, had 6.5 tackles, three tackles for loss, a sack, and a quarterback hurry. In 2003, his first year with the Rattlers, he started four games, played in eight, and rushed seven times for 88 yards and a career best two touchdowns. Defensively, he had 7.5 tackles and two quarterback hurries. He also added 3.5 sacks in the playoffs that season. Prior to joining the Rattlers, Trentadue played for the af2’s Quad City SteamWheelers in 2002 where he started 10 of 16 games. He had 18 carries for 59 yards and three touchdowns on offense. He was a leader on defense with 20.5 tackles and five for loss. He led the team with 11.5 sacks, three fumble recoveries, and five blocked kicks. He added three forced fumbles, three safeties, a pass break-up, and a quarterback hurry to his all-around numbers.
COLLEGE
A four-year starter at Elmhurst (Ill.) College, Trentadue set a school record for sacks (11) during his senior season in 1996. He is second on the career sack list, second in fumble recoveries, and sixth on the all-time tackles list. He is a member of the Elmhurst College Hall of Fame.
HIGH SCHOOL/PERSONAL
Born in Chicago, Ill, he earned a bachelors degree in Business Administration. He and his wife, Lisa, have three children: Olivia, Sofia, and Jaxson. Trentadue prepped at Ridgewood (Ill.) High School where he was a defensive and offensive lineman. He also lettered in track and baseball. Spent time with the Chicago Thunder, a semi-pro team.
