The Arizona Rattlers will be conducting their annual open player tryout on Saturday, December 13, 2008 from 10am to 2pm, and the team has guaranteed one of it's 37 training camp roster spots to one lucky participant.
The tryout is being held in conjunction with Salt River Pima - Maricopa Indian Community at Salt River High School's football field in Scottsdale, Ariz. The address for the high school is:

Registration for the workout will begin at 10am, and the on-field activities will begin at 11, lasting around three hours. All participants will be tested in a variety of football drills by Rattlers Head Coach Kevin Guy and other members of the Rattlers coaching staff. All participants are required to bring their own attire, which includes footwear (grass cleats are recommended), shorts, tights, gloves and so on. Each participant will receive an official Arizona Rattlers Tryout T-Shirt to wear during the event.
All positions will be tested except for kickers.
The fee for the tryout is $80, but those who complete pre-registration will receive a discounted rate of $60. To complete pre-registration, complete the form below, ensuring that you provide an email address (forms without email addresses will be disgarded). The Rattlers will send a confirmation email with instructions for how to complete payment. Anyone who does not pre-register and complete payment will have to pay the full $80 fee on the day of the tryout. Credit cards will be accepted for pre-registration, but not on the day of the tryout.
